New Programming Block
For the next 8 weeks, we will focus on rebuilding, restructuring, and refocusing on the movement of our primary lifts - Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. We will be lifting with tempo focusing on keeping tension in our core through a full range of motion.
As it pertains to CrossFit and Metcons we will be going with traditional style workouts amraps, chippers, and sprints, with some long-duration sprinkled in the mix. Our Friday Barbell Class will focus on one lift each week still, but as we go through this 8-week block will have the Olympic lifts mixed in with some light to moderate loading.
For Accessory work, we'll be adding holds/carries with loads over distance.

BPs List (Movies, Books, Quotes and more)
- Stranger Things Season 4 dropped so this is taking up pretty much any nap times or free times.
- Know your Why with Simon Sinek
"There are two ways to build a career or a business. We can go through life hunting and pecking, looking for opportunities or customers, hoping that something connects. Or we can go through life with intention, knowing what our piece looks like, knowing our WHY, and going straight to the places we fit.”
This really resonates with me and I think it would with anyone else that owns or runs a small business. I started out like this, just hoping to find a client. Now I know that anyone that walks through our doors with a hunger for results and a drive for success can find it. Our staff and community are above and beyond what anyone could ask for when it comes to acceptance, accountability, and helping others achieve success.
