Bound News 10.2.2022

Big Shout out to Logan Brown who went to Knoxville this past weekend to compete at the Big Orange Brawl, finishing in 6th place among a very tough field of athletes. Logan's highest placing was 2nd in a workout and lowest 15th. Impressive performance overall. Hopefully, this is the first of many as an individual.

Upcoming Events | Schedule | New Classes

  • On October 29th The Barbell Collective is hosting a Weightlifting competition at CrossFit Bound. Sign up through their website or Facebook page.
  • October 4th Bound Burn class starts at 10 am. The class will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-10:30 am. See SugarWod and look at the programming that will be happening. This is led by Jessica and Tricia.
  • Reminder Sundays at 9 am we have a Barbell Class that focuses on Olympic Lifting. This is led by Nicole Corey and Julie Nagy. This is a FREE Class for members!
  • Foundations Course. If you know anyone interested in our Foundations Course we are going to offer two free weeks beginning October 31/November 1st.

  • Thursday - 4 Part Workout with Unilateral DB movements, Monostructrual components
  • Friday - Strength: Press | Metcon - Overhead Lunges, Toes To Bar, Snatches
  • Saturday - Team Workout
