The Recovery Room Opens Wednesday, July 5th

  • How much does it cost: $20 for individuals and $35 for couples a month.

    • If you want to sign up for access email info@crossfitbound.com to get signed up.

  • How do you reserve your time: We are using Acuity Scheduling to make reservations for the recovery room.(see link below)

    • Can more than one person go in together: Yes. If a friend or family member reserves a time they can invite 1-2 people in the room with them. You can lock the door from the inside. We respect everyone’s privacy and want you to respect one another’s as well.

  • What times are you allowed to reserve:

    • Sunday - 24/7 only access to sign up for use

    • Monday through Thursday - 6:00 am to 7:00 pm

    • Friday - 6:00 am to 6 pm

    • Saturday - 8 to 12 pm

  • How much time do you have per session:

    • you reserve your time in 30-minute sessions

  • Compression Pants *work 15 minutes at a time

    • We have purchased 3 Air Relax Compression pants in 3 different sizes:

      • size 2: 26-30 inch inseam

      • size 3: 31-35 inch inseam

      • size 4: 36+inch inseam

    • Benefits:

      • flushes out inflammation

      • promotes tissue healing

      • improves circulation

      • increased recovery time between workouts

      • decrease in muscle fatigue and soreness.

    • Cleaning

      • All pants must be wiped with an antiseptic wipe following each session and laid neatly across the zero-gravity chairs provided

      • Pants cannot be left on the floor at any time.

  • Infrared Sauna

    • We have a 1-2 person infrared sauna with Bluetooth capabilities so you can listen to a podcast, book, or music during your session. *This can be used while using air-relax pants as well.

      • The time limit is 15 minutes per session

      • Must have on bottoms (and tops for women)

      • Must have a towel below your butt and feet while in the sauna at all times

      • Following each use you must wipe down all access sweat with a towel and spray the cleaner (water/baking soda) on damp areas in the sauna. NO CHEMICALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SAUNA!!!!

      • Following each session please wipe all sweat off floor, benches, etc so its ready for the next member

Chris Farley's biography shows the iconic comics’ early days in Chicago at the Second City improv club, to SNL, to Hollywood, and then his ultimate self-destruction. What surprised me the most about Chris, was the time he donated to volunteering and visiting children when he could.
