Foundations Course

Our Foundations Course is designed to introduce our methodology to our new members slowly. We focus on education over intensity. You will be taught the 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit, What CrossFit is, What fitness is, and What we encourage when it comes to nutrition. The Course is 3 Personal Training Sessions followed by a coach following you through 2 classes to help you understand the format and the terminology and introduce you to our members and coaches.

Personal Training

Meet one-on-one with a coach in a 30 to 60-minute session in individual or small group settings. Personal Training is an excellent way for those just getting started or who may not feel comfortable in group settings or want an individualized training approach for their specific goal.

Group Classes

Our group classes are designed to encourage, educate, motivate, and get you the desired results you want. We focus on strength training, gymnastics & bodyweight movements, and metabolic conditioning. A Coach will lead you through a warmup, strength or skill portion, followed by a metcon/conditioning piece.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is key to getting the results you want. But a coach can offer more than just giving you meal plans. A Coach will help you overcome the habits you have developed with your food, which are challenging to change initially; our nutrition coach will help you develop the strategies for long-term success.

Online Program

Your busy - we get it. You may not have time to come in the gym, but you still want to follow a program that offers you a wide range of options. We offer:

Bound Build - strength training 3x week

Bould Endurance - 5x week
