A whiteboard is where we come together to see the day's workout. But it's funny how we all see and read the same thing, but each of us has a different lens we read through. Some read in fear; some read with the hopes of seeing something they want to improve or crush in a workout; some read with anxiety; some read with full confidence; some just say, whatever, I'm just here to hang out with some of my friends.
Regardless of how you read the workout. Regardless of what your individual goal is whether it's losing weight or gaining muscle. The whiteboard brings us all together with one common denominator. To be better today than yesterday. You know you can look at the person next to you and see someone with you. You know the coach leading the class wants to see you succeed. By doing this workout, you are part of the 1% that chooses NOT to stay home and sit on the couch and eat like shit. You chose to be here in this moment to improve your life and those lives around you.
The Whiteboard is much more than just a place to read what's happening in class. The whiteboard is a place that can change your life for the good. So when you come to class and step in front of that board. Look to the person next to you and say, "Thank you for being a part of my journey - Let's kick this workouts ass!"
