What Makes a Good Coach

Today Jimmy and Brandon sit down to talk about what makes a good coach. This is not about Crossfit coaches directly, we speak about our old coaches from youth sports through high school and college and how they each had a different perspective and impact on us personally through their techniques to motivate, encourage, and sometimes push us harder than we thought we needed to be.

A coach's greatest tool involves two things: communication and observation.  But that's for another episode
