Bragging Board
-This past weekend, some OGs teamed up with the New Guy Logan, and a team of 3 semi-pro exercisers got together for a team comp at Cumming Strength and Fitness
Jessica, Tricia, and Logan teamed up to face off against Rod Carter, Matt Link, and Brandon.
The Guys came out with the W; it was a great time, and yes, jess and her team did have some reps not counted in a workout or two :)

December 3rd - Downtown Kennesaw Christmas Parade.
We did this last year, and our dogs were a huge hit. So we’re inviting all of our members to come to walk the streets with your best four-legged friend. Details on times and meeting place TBA.
Following this we will have our Christmas Party. Details will be released soon.
December 10th - Lift For A Gift.
Join us to test our strengths from the current lifting cycle and help the kids. Your entry is to bring a toy that will be donated following the event. The whole class will go from 9-11 am. We’ll complete the snatch, clean and jerk, then follow that up with a class workout.

This week’s workouts are a little different. We are focusing on the strength lifts M, T, and W, and have some fun Pure CrossFit Workouts for Thanksgiving, Friday, and Saturday to burn some much-needed Calories.
Monday: Push Press | EMOM with conditioning + gymnastics | HS Skill Work
Tuesday: Snatch Complex EMOM | Heavy Deadlift + Bike
Wednesday: Back Squat 5RM | AMRAP with Kettlebell *don’t put it down
Thursday: Thanksgiving with the Girls - Karen, Grace, Annie, Barbara, Ingrid
Friday: The Ghost Hero Wod
Saturday: E5MOM10 for 2 sets of Conditioning - Weights/TTB -- Max effort reps of Rope climbs or overhead squats
